Turning Stakeholder Skepticism into a Prioritized Strategic Roadmap
In an environment of fragmented data and systemic distrust, I led a strategic design initiative to align business sectors with support services. By utilizing Service Blueprinting, we transformed a cycle of frustration into a formalized action list, securing executive buy-in for a multi-year data modernization program.
Retrospective
Building Trust Through Incremental Delivery
We began with company-wide interviews to map the intersections between human workflows and existing technology. By documenting the end-to-end lifecycle of organizational data management, we visualized the current state of operations.
This mapping exercise allowed us to pinpoint critical friction points and move beyond subjective assumptions. By framing the strategy around these visualized gaps, we transformed a fragmented data collection process into a structured, scalable operation.
To balance high-pressure timelines with project complexity, we delivered our findings in stages. This phased approach allowed us to socialize insights incrementally, ensuring our proposed architecture was rooted in a comprehensive analysis of the ecosystem while maintaining stakeholder momentum.
